Welcome to Skilful Writers (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website at https://skilfulwriters.com and using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Skilful Writers. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our site and services immediately.
1. Scope of Services
Skilful Writers provides professional custom writing, editing, proofreading, and academic consulting services. Our services include but are not limited to:
Academic research and referencing support.
Business, marketing, and corporate writing.
Editing and proofreading for grammar, style, and structure.
Creative and content writing.
All services are strictly intended for research, learning, and reference purposes only. Clients must not submit any delivered work as their own academic submission unless allowed under their institution’s guidelines.
2. Client Responsibilities
You confirm that you are over the age of 18 or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
You agree to provide accurate, clear, and complete instructions for your order.
You understand that misrepresentation of our work as your own academic output may constitute plagiarism under your institution’s policies.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any materials you provide for the project.
3. Ordering & Payment
An order is confirmed only after payment is received in full, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are displayed clearly before checkout. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers. We do not store full credit card details.
4. Delivery of Work
We make every effort to deliver work by the agreed deadline.
Delays caused by client-provided revisions, missing information, or changes to instructions after work begins will not be considered late delivery.
Completed work is delivered electronically via email or client dashboard.
5. Revision Policy
Clients are entitled to free revisions within 7 days of delivery, provided the changes requested are consistent with the original instructions.
Any changes beyond the scope of the original instructions will be treated as a new order and charged accordingly.
6. Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy (see section below).
7. Intellectual Property
All completed work remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Once delivered and paid for in full, we grant the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the work for personal or academic purposes as agreed.
8. Limitation of Liability
Skilful Writers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
We do not guarantee any specific grades, marks, or academic outcomes.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
