2. Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted within 21 days of assignment delivery.
- Requests after this window may be considered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
- Users must provide order ID, delivery date, and reason for the refund request.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your account and navigate to My Orders.
- Select the relevant order and click Request Refund.
- Complete the form, attaching any supporting evidence (e.g., missed deadline proof).
- Submit your request. You will receive an acknowledgment email within 24 hours.
4. Refund Processing
We process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued via your original payment method. Alternatively, you may opt for platform credit.
5. Partial Refunds & Credits
If partial work has been completed but found unsatisfactory, you may receive a prorated refund or credit balance.
6. Full Refund Circumstances
- No writer was assigned within the agreed timeframe.
- Duplicate payment detected and verified.
- Services materially failed to meet the agreed specifications.
7. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Use of delivered materials without authorization (e.g., plagiarism).
- Completed digital downloads (e.g., study guides, templates) once accessed.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our decision, you may escalate to our internal review team. Unresolved disputes can be referred to mediation.
